Reason : Matsuro was a kid born on an island in the north blue and he was abandoned by his own parents, on a snowy island. The kid spent his life alone without caring about anyone, he wasn't the kind of a kid that loved making friends, talking with them and playing games. He prefered sitting alone making snow men, and making snow balls to annoy people with. The kid wishes to freeze everyone that laughed at him because his parents abandoned him, he wanted to show them how cold and hard it is to live without anyone taking care of you, he wanted revenge on people, he wanted to show them how cold and alone he is. And then one day the kid found a strange fruit that he grabbed it without knowing what it is and ate it, The kid gained the ability to turn his body into ice and freeze things even kill people with ice, and so the kid start killing all these kids that made fun of him and his family, Matsuro didn't choose to be alone but he was doomed to live his life alone with the ice he can create to kill anyone that dares to annoy him once again.

Matsuro gained the power of the Hie Hie fruit and was feared by the people that lived on the island. They feared his power, and he hated them for making fun of him and so he started to freeze anyone that annoys him to teach him a lesson and show the other what happens if you annoy him.
