Perks
Haki Perks: T1 Haki requirement is 50 Willpower, T2 is 75 and T3 is 120
Kenbunshoku
This is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are too far to see or concealed from view. This grants the user precognition.
Note: You still need the needed perks to be able to dodge.


Tier 1: The user can faintly feel the presence of others, even if they are concealed. Within range.
Note: The user can sense others in a range of 7-14 tiles.


Tier 2: The user their mastery has increased over this form of Haki, now they have a greater range, making them able to feel the presence of those who are too far or concealed from their view, but only faintly. At this level they have a mediocre level of precognition.
Note: The user can sense others in a range of 12-19 tiles, the user does need a certain level of speed. Those who are in a range of 7-14 Tiles can be sensed easily, from 12-19 can only be sensed faintly.


Tier 3: The user their mastery of this form of Haki has reached it's peak, they have a great range and can strongly feel the presence of the other around them. Even if they are concealed from view or too far to see.
Note: The user can sense every presence limited to an island. With the needed skills, the precognition is at it's max.

Busoshoku
This form of Haki allows the user to create an 'invisble armor' around themselves, heightening their attack damage and defensive ability. With significant enough strength, the defense can be overcome.
Note: The user is able to touch Logia-Type Devil Fruit users, while the Haki is activated.


Tier 1: The user can create a weak armor around themselves, defending them from slightly above-average attacks.
Note: Someone with a slightly above-average strength (Strength T1) is able to break through your Haki. (+1 To your base Strength and Defense.)

Tier 2: The user their armor has advanced to a new level, it's now stronger. They can now harden set limbs of their body.


Note: Someone with above-average strength(Strength T2) is able to break through the user's Haki. The user can harden a max of 2 limbs such as a hand or a foot. (+2 Strength and Defense)


Tier 3: The user their mastery over Busoshoku Haki has reached it's peak. They can harden several parts of their body at once and even harden the weapons they are in contact with.
Note: Someone with superhuman strength (Strength T3) is able to break through the user's Haki. The user can harden 3 limbs + a weapon.(+3 Strength and Defense)

Haoshoku Haki
This is form of Haki is rare, it's said that one in a million people possess the power to utilize this Haki.

Tier 2: The user can exert their willpower just a little over others. Resulting in those who have been affected to be stunned
Note: In a range of 5-10 tiles everyone with less willpower will be stunned.

Tier 3: The user can exert their willpower over others at a mastered level. Resulting in those who have been affected to be stunned, or knocked out.
Note: In a range of 10-20 tiles everyone with Less than 25% of your Willpower will be stunned and those with less than 50% of your Willpower will be knocked out.



Core Perks
Stonebreaker (T1)
The user their strength is slightly above average, making them able to break stones with ease. They have the same amount of strength as an untrained Busoshoku Haki user.
Note: The user can do 2x Damage against someone without a defense perk, 1x with a T1 Defense perk, 0.5x against someone with Busoshoku Haki and a T1 Defense perk or someone with a T2 Defense perk. NO damage to someone with a T3 Defense perk or a T3 Defense perk and Busoshoku Haki.

Metaldenter (T2)
The user their strength has grown to such a level that they can put deep dents in metal with one hit, naturally they can break stone without the slightest problems. They are as strong as a trained Busoshoku Haki user.

Note: The user can do 4x Damage against someone without a defense perk, 2x with a T1 Defense perk, 1x against someone with Busoshoku Haki and a T1 Defense perk or Someone with a T2 Defense perk. 0.5x damage to someone with a T3 Defense perk. NO to someone with T3 Defense perk and Busoshoku Haki.

Diamondsmasher (T3)
The user their strength is unmatchable by normal people, they can make cracks in diamond by simple hits.
Note: It's natural to double the damage of the T2. Every tier the damage doubles.

Speedblur (T1)
The user their speed is slightly above average, making them a blur to the human eye.
Note: 2x Faster than normal human speed.

Soundbreaker (T2)
The user their speed is at the level that they are nearly as fast as sound
Note: 4x Faster than normal human speed, 2x Faster than low-trained human speed.

Flash (T3)
The user their speed is unmatchable by normal people. Their speed is invisible to the human eye, making them a flash.
Note: 8x Faster than the normal human speed, 4x Faster than low-trained human speed, 2x Faster than mid-trained human speed.

Rockskin (T1)
The user their pain tolerance is higher than that of normal people. Their skin is also tougher, giving them a better defense.
Note: 2x More defense than the normal human, 4x More defense with Busoshoku Haki(T1), 8x More defense with Busoshoku Haki (T2/ T3).

Metalskin (T2)
The user their defense has grown even stronger than. Their skin is as hard as metal, making only a trained few able to break through their defenses.
Note: 4x More defense than the normal human, 8x More defense with Busoshoku Haki(T1).
Diamondhide (T3)
The user their defense is inpenetratable by normal humans. Their skin is as hard as diamond, making only a highly-trained few able to break through their defenses.
Note: 8x More defense than the normal human.

Iron Will (T2)
The user has an 'Iron Will' so to speak, their willpower is above average. If their willpower is molded into a technique it will surely be strong.
Note: Their willpower is 5x stronger than a regular humane willpower.
Ruler's Ambition (T3)
The user their will is at a whole new level, making them able to freely control their willpower how they see fit.
Note: Their willpower is 13x stronger than a regular humane willpower. This is NOT the Haoshoku Haki.

Highly Focused (T1)
This person’s perceptual ability allows them to focus on a target with relative ease, and keep them in-sight with little struggle.

Tracker (T2)
This person’s perceptual ability allows them to be focused on one or more targets with no strain, and, keeps them in-sight with no struggle. They can also see slightly fast movement in normal time.

Genius (T2)
This person is extremely smart by nature. They are extremely analytical, and can solve puzzles rather quickly, given the appropriate time to look into a situation.

Strategist (T3)
This person is a master tactician, and as far as battle sense goes, theirs is immense. They are able to formulate scenario upon scenario in their head over and over, and see through weaknesses in an enemy force’s defense or offense with ease.


Profession Perks:
Medic (T1)
This person has at-least military level medical skills, and can apply first-aid, create medicine for basic illnesses, antivenoms for weak and moderate poisons, and stop lethal bleeding.

Doctor (T2)
This person has training in the medical field at the level of doctor, and can patch up lethal wounds with ease, create antidotes for high level poisons, and mend broken bones -- they can even stop internal bleeding if given an appropriate amount of time.

Cleric (T3)
Ontop of being a doctor being capable of mending fatal wounds, preventing death by high level poisons and toxins via crafted antidotes, this person has learned the ways of Restorative Mageck, and can apply it to others in order to regenerate cells, blood, tissue, muscle, or bone with enough time -- for a shortened healing process. They can’t however, generate new limbs.

Trained Fighter (T1)
This person is trained at the basic level in Martial-Arts, and can contend with other basic Martial-Artists.

Adept Fighter (T2)
This person has quite the familiarity with Martial-Arts, and can contend with complex styles. They punch, and kick pretty quickly, and are able to maneuver their bodies fluidly.

Fighter Expert (T3)
This person is extremely proficient in Martial-Arts, and their bodies are hardened. They move as fluidly as water, and there is a blurr to their punches and kicks because they are so sudden, and quick.. They are able to weave through enemy projectile fire easily, and can maximize their damage by executing perfect punches, and kicks.


Quick-Shot (T1)
This person is above average with their aim, and can pinpoint where a target will be if they have ample time.

Quick-draw (T2)
This person is able to reload their weapons almost as quickly as they can aim, able to fire off shots in rapid succession if they have a good aim on their target.

Ranged Sniper (T3)
This person is capable of aiming whilst they reload, and it is not very taxing for them to pinpoint a target, and fire



Swordsman Trainee (T1)
This person has learned basic level swordsmanship with their blade of choice, and are capable of contending with a large variety of basic sword styles.

Adept Swordsman (T2)
This person is very familiar with their blade of choice -- it is like an extension of them. They are capable of fending off more advanced styles of swordsmanship.

Expert Swordsman (T3)
This person’s ability to draw their weapon, and attack is great enough that they can cut projectiles out of the air, and they are able to contend with very complex styles of swordsmanship. Their blades are fluid in movement, and powerful in force.
