Name of the Devil Fruit:Tsuku-Tsuku No Mi.
Type:Paramecia.
Power: Grants the user the ability to craft a numerous variety of weapons, tools, and other items as long as the user can think of it said tool can be created.
Weakness(es): Seastone- Seastone can effectively destroy the constructs without much trouble depending on the size of the construct and how the Seastone is being wielded.
Ex- A man swings a seastone sword at an energy construct, the construct could be shattered depending on the strength of the man.
Another weakness would be that it's completely on the imagination of the user, if he can't concentrate on an item then it will be weak or simply not created.

Background: There's nothing to it essentially, he came across the fruit while scrounging through an enemy ship and decided to have an early snack. It granted him these powers which he now utilizes.
